Delivery and Refund Policy
These delivery and refund terms regarding reservations made through our website are prepared in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and relevant regulations by Yalım Otel (hereinafter referred to as “Yalım Otel” or “we”). By accessing or using this website, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Reservation Confirmation and Delivery
All reservations made through our website are automatically confirmed by the system after the payment process is successfully completed. Confirmation details are sent to you via email and/or SMS.
Once the reservation process is completed, your right to accommodation on the specified dates is guaranteed. Therefore, the accuracy of the reservation information is entirely the user’s responsibility.

2. Cancellation and Refund Conditions
Requests for cancellation or date changes are subject to the following conditions:

a) Cancellation Periods and Deductions

  • For cancellations made at least 7 days before the accommodation date, the full payment amount will be refunded.

  • For cancellations made within the last 7 days, 50% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.

  • For cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation date or after, no refund will be issued.

b) Early Departure
If the customer wishes to check out early after the stay has begun, the remaining nights will not be refunded. This policy is due to pre-allocated resources and preparation costs.

c) No-show (Failure to Arrive)
If the guest does not check in on the accommodation date, the reservation is considered a “no-show” and no refund will be provided.

3. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, war, official bans, etc.), guests’ requests will be evaluated, and instead of a refund, an open-dated reservation may be offered. This right is valid for 6 months and is subject to room availability.

4. Special Condition Reservations
Promotional, discounted, or special campaign reservations cannot be canceled or refunded. However, date changes may be made at the hotel’s discretion.

5. Disclaimer
Yalım Otel cannot be held responsible for cancellations arising from incorrect date entries, incomplete information, or credit card-related issues provided by the customer.
Room availability and arrangements based on room type are at the discretion of hotel management. The images shown on the website are for illustrative purposes only; room furniture, views, and decoration details may vary.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the website (texts, images, logos, and documents) belongs to Yalım Otel. Commercial use, reproduction, or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

7. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These Delivery and Refund Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In the event of any dispute, Muğla Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
