DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between YALIM OTEL (hereinafter referred to as the “SELLER”) and the internet user making the reservation (hereinafter referred to as the “BUYER”), in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette dated 27.11.2014.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This agreement outlines the mutual rights and obligations of the parties regarding the accommodation service reservation made by the BUYER through the SELLER’s website. The subject of sale is the accommodation service to be provided at the SELLER’s hotel on the specified dates.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCEPTION
According to Article 15 of Law No. 6502 and Article 15/1-f of the Distance Contracts Regulation:
“Consumers do not have the right of withdrawal in contracts regarding accommodation services to be provided on a specific date or within a specified period.”
Therefore, the BUYER acknowledges and agrees to waive their right of withdrawal upon approving this agreement.
5. CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION TERMS
The cancellation policy determined by the SELLER is as follows:

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to check-in: full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days: 50% deduction.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or in case of no-show: no refund.

In case of early check-out after the stay has started, no refund is made for the remaining nights.

Promotional, discounted or campaign-based reservations are non-refundable; date changes are subject to hotel availability.
6. FORCE MAJEURE
In case of force majeure such as natural disasters, pandemics, wars, official prohibitions, etc., which prevent the provision of service, an open-dated accommodation right may be granted without refund. In such cases, date changes may be made within the reservation period.
7. GENERAL PROVISIONS
7.1. The BUYER confirms having read and understood all preliminary information regarding the nature of the service, price, payment terms, cancellation, and refund conditions before approving this agreement.
7.2. The SELLER is not responsible for consequences arising from errors in the information provided by the BUYER.
7.3. Except in cases of force majeure, the SELLER is obliged to provide the reserved service.
7.4. The BUYER accepts that the reservation becomes valid only after payment confirmation.
8. COMPETENT COURT AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
For any disputes arising from this agreement, the courts and enforcement offices of Muğla Bodrum shall have jurisdiction. The right to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits specified under Law No. 6502 is reserved.
9. EFFECTIVENESS
This agreement becomes effective upon the BUYER’s electronic approval. By approving this agreement, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all its terms and conditions.
